What you send us
If you join the newsletter or the waitlist for a product, we store the email address you type, the date, and which form it came from (for example a product page). We use it to tell you when ordering opens or when we have news. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
What we count when you visit
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records the pages you view, roughly where you are and what kind of device you use, with your IP address anonymised. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the tag does not load.
Your settings on this device
Your language, text size, contrast, motion and dyslexia-friendly font choices are saved in your browser's local storage so they survive a reload. They never leave your device.
Where it is kept
Email addresses are held in the database that runs this site. Analytics data is held by Google. Product, ingredient and boycott information on this site is public and carries no personal data.
Asking us to remove it
To see what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email redreceipts@customaidashboard.com from the address in question and say so. We will reply and remove it.
